D&AD New Blood Award Winner 2017

I am a D&AD New Blood Award winner for my work on the Hasbro brief, where I designed and produced a board game called Drawkward. As a winner, I was also given the chance to present my game to Big Potato Games in London, who were working with Hasbro on the brief.

Above are the two original videos I created for my brief. One was an advert to showcase the concept in an interesting and unique way, and the other was a video showcasing the gameplay.

Bringing "For All, Bee Kind" to life was an exercise in modern storytelling, blending creative vision with cutting-edge tools. As a self-published author, I embraced the future of design by using generative AI and my own illustration skills to help develop the initial visual concepts and artwork. I then utilized my illustration and editing skills to refine the assets, layout the pages, format the typography, and prepare the book for high-quality production. Managing this project from concept to publication allowed me to master a hybrid creative workflow, proving how emerging technology and traditional design skills can combine to bring a story to market independently.
