Handbook

I designed this handbook using stock imagery and 3D graphics I created in Blender, as at the time of production, AI tools were not efficient in designing elements in the same style as they are today.

Swiis Healthcare – Introduction Video

I created this informational 3D animation mainly using Blender, but also using After Effects and Premier Pro to put the finishing editing touches on the video, as I found that each piece of software gave me advantages in different areas.

Swiis Healthcare – Winter Pressures Advertisement

I created this 3D animation advertisement using the same processes as the previous video above. The aim was to grab the attention of nurses and convey the benefits of working with Swiis Healthcare in times of winter pressures in a fun and light hearted way.

Swiis Healthcare – Above and Beyond

This is a bigger project I am currently working on and will be an emotive animation akin to the John Lewis Christmas advertisements.

The idea of the animation is to show a day in the life of a nurse and how they go above and beyond in the care of their patients. I am planning to show the interaction between a nurse and one of her patients who passes away, but she has to pick herself up and start all over again. It will end with her emotionally picking herself up and smiling at her next patient, who is a little ill child.

Swiis Healthcare – The Nurse and the Snowman

I created this piece for Christmas, which was more of a story driven piece, playing off The Snowman story by British author Raymond Briggs.

Swiis Healthcare – Introduction Video

I produced these 3 animations as an introduction to Swiis Healthcare and to explain who we are and the process of joining our nursing agency.

I used a mix of After Effects, Illustrator, Adobe Character, Audition and Premier Pro, which made the process much easier as they all have elements that can speed up the process. For example, Adobe Character has a lip sync feature, which I used for the first time in these animations, where previously I had to do this manually.

I produced character sheets for each character to plan and draw out all the mouth shapes. I did this for each character as I did not have the script at this point in the process, so I was unsure which character would be doing most of the talking.
